If you see a "BUY IT NOW" button, this means the product is in stock and we typically ship within 48 hours. 

If you see a "PRE-ORDER" button, this means that we currently have no products in stock or the product is in production process. To secure your coveted item, you can place a pre-order. Pre-order carpet will take about 10-14 days to deliver, other products will take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to deliver. Once your order becomes available and ready to ship, we will contact you immediately! 

Please note: Unfortunately sometimes delays do occur for pre-ordered items. Production and shipping company delays may cause a shipment to exceed the estimated delivery time. We strive our best to deliver pre-ordered products to you as soon as possible. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another item. You can also return it for merchandise credit within 7 days of receipt in the original condition and packaging. You must notify us of your intention to return within 48 hours of receipt.

Pre-orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please note that we do not cover the costs for return & exchange shipping. 

We apologize that your shopping experience with us has been less than perfect. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Once our team has assessed the product and confirm the defect, we will send you a brand new item. 

If you choose to return the product, we will issue a full refund amount to your original form of payment. We will also cover the return shipping costs for the damaged and defective products.

Shipping cost is calculated at check out based on where you live and your choice of shipping company.

We offer free shipping and discounted shipping fee on orders that meet minimum purchase amount. Stay tuned on promotions and exclusive offers. If you have any questions about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.  

For nationwide delivery, ready stock products usually take around 1-7 days to arrive depending on your choice of shipping companies.

For international delivery, ready stock products usually take between 5-20 days to arrive depending on your choice of shipping companies and your location.

Please note that for pre-order items may take about 4 to 8 weeks to arrive at your doorsteps. 

Covid-19 updates: Due to Covid-19, delay may occurs due to limited number of available flights. Your package may experience delays that can exceed the estimated delivery time. Please understand that delays from shipping companies are beyond our control.  

Our estimated handling time is 1-3 business days before we hand over the order to shipping company. Please refer to our shipping times guidelines to know more about shipping times.
