1. We try to maintain our current stock list as updated as possible, however, some products may become out of stock or unavailable for purchase. If a product is out of stock or unavailable after payment is received, we will inform you immediately. You can wait until the product is back in stock, exchange it with another product or cancel the item from your order.

2. Actual product color, pattern, and measurement may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color. Product finishing and other factors can also slightly affect the actual measurement .

3. Promotion is only valid on the date specified. Payment must be received during the promotion date to activate the promotion.

4. Payment is required to reserve a product.

5. We typically ship in-stock product within 48 hours, 

6. Product pre-orders require a minimum payment of 50% for processing.

7. Ceramic products may have small pits, bumps, black spots, bubbles, and etc. It is a normal phenomenon and does not affect usage.

8. Pre-order products usually take 4-8 weeks to arrive. However, sometimes delays do occur due to many factors. Once your order becomes available and ready to ship, we will contact you immediately!

Please note: Unfortunately sometimes delays do occur for pre-ordered items. Production and shipping company delays may cause a shipment to exceed the estimated delivery time. We strive our best to deliver pre-ordered products to you as soon as possible.
