Terms & Conditions:

1. Our processing time is 1-2 days. Expect delays during peak seasons.
2. Due to the limited availability of some of our products, some items may run out after you place your order. If an item runs out, we will replace it with something similar with the same value or you can exchange it with another product with the same value.
3. Advanced full payment is required to reserve a product and to confirm order.
4. Promotion is only valid on the date specified. Payment must be received during the promotion date to activate the promotion.
5. Due to large shipping volumes during peak seasons, we may be unable to send pictures of packages or cards before shipping. We may also be unable automatically send you a tracking number or proof of delivery. We invite you to contact us for a tracking number for proof of delivery no later than 3 days after placing your order.
6. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package per address. There will be another charge for any re-delivery attempt due to an incorrect address or failed delivery due to the recipient not being able to receive the package.
7. Namas Living is not liable for any delay or shipping error caused by shipping courier.
8. In the event of broken or damaged product, please inform us no later than 3 days after the item is received, accompanied by image and video evidence. We will replace it with a new one (free of charge).
